“I have severe dental phobia and trauma experience from childhood. I have been to three other dentists in the area and have had horrible experiences at all three. I felt like I was treated like a billable object. Not to mention the fact that every single dentist wrecked a tooth or caused me to need additional procedures.Riverside has legitimately helped me to not be afraid of the dentist. Walter, the therapy dog, greets you at the door. Sedation dentistry is an option. I have never felt judged and every employee has greeted me by name, made me feel welcome, and they have senses of humor. The office and dental exam rooms are extremely clean. There are televisions to watch during your cleanings, and every procedure is thoroughly explained before it's done. I always receive an estimate before anything is booked. I'm always reassured what a great job I'm doing (which means a lot because sometimes I need to be congratulated like I'm five). The staff is trained in very new technology, a lot of things can be created in-house, and Dr. Blanchard clearly cares about his patients.I have recommended this place many times and referred other family members who have also had great experiences!“
