He personally checked in on me, was very apologetic about the lack of communication, and went above and beyond by squeezing me into his schedule so that I could be seen. I truly appreciated his willingness to listen, take my concerns seriously, and make sure I received the care I needed. That follow-up meant a lot to me, especially because I had been feeling overlooked and was worried about my dental health. The only thing I’d like to point out is that the phone experience could be a lot friendlier. I always feel uneasy calling each time when I talk to the receptionist. I truly enjoy the care I get here and hope that improves, because I’d love to keep coming back for years to come.“
