They make me wait in a long line to drop off just a stool sample. The receptionists are rude . The Brookfield wi location told me I needed an appointment and couldn't find me in the system for some odd reason. A woman named Katie that is a receptionist at west allis labs is rude also. It literally says a sign to silence phones and to make phone calls outside due to there courtesy. They also told me a different address that I don't live in at all for my address which makes me skeptable if they are futzing around with my information.
