The clean, calm environment adds to the positive experience, and many customers appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who ensure that pets receive prompt attention and care.
Even though we eventually had to say goodbye to our hamster, Butter Scotch, our vet Daniela Gatica and the entire staff there did an amazing job of caring for Butters and helping us make her as happy and comfortable as possible in a situation that was not going to end as we hoped, no matter what they did for her, and they were with her the entire way in her last scamper over the rainbow bridge. We can't thank Dr Gatica and her amazing staff enough for the kindness, caring and compassion they showed to Butters and to our entire family. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars
Very clean, comfortable, and friendly. They provided very excellent care for my finicky rabbit and kept me updated all day as her spaying, teeth filing, and nail trimming services proceeded. I am delighted with the high quality care and their ability to work with a challenging animal.
I have taken my three mice here for both wellness exams and sick exams. The people here are very compassionate and knowledgeable. The prices are incredibly reasonable for exotic animal services, and I would continue to go here every time if I hadn't moved too far away.
