We had a tree fall into our yard and onto a detached garage roof. I found the Ganser Company through Google and gave them a call to get a quote for roof repair. They were very responsive and were able to set up a time to come look at the roof right away. Marc Ganser came out and told us that our roof was structurally sound and needed no repair. He informed us that a very small amount of shingles had minor blemishes, but did not need immediate attention. Marc did not try to sell us anything we did not need, and gave us additional info on how to better improve our garage attic ventilation. I called Ganser to get advice for what to do about leaks into the house that occurred during two big storms this summer. The workers who came identified the problem and then told me that they recommended that I NOT have it repaired: The fix would be costly and probably not necessary because the leaking is unlikely to recur. I am very grateful for this truthful opinion.
