Revised review from one star to four stars:The corporate office reached out after reading my Google review that was extremely critical, and offered to make things right. If they're willing to stand behind their product and service, and apologize when things don't go well, that speaks volumes about the organization. As I said in my original review, a company isn't always going to be perfect, but what they do when the mess up is what really matters. NatureScape has stepped up and is working with me to make things better, so I'd certainly recommend them from that stand point.I've agreed to give them a second chance, so we'll see how this year goes. I have had Nature Scape Lawn Service for more than 5 years now. Their customer service and technicians are great, and my lawn always looks lush, is weed free and their pricing is best in the area. I will continue to use them in the years to come.
