I called several companies for an estimate. The other companies wanted photos to do an estimate. MPR actually sent out a person. From estimate, to demo, to clean up they were very professional. Each worker introduced themselves to me before starting work. They not only took the time to answer my questions but made sure I understood the answers. Their workers made sure to park where it did not affect the business on either side of my house. When they took out personal items prior to doing the power wash they treated every thing with care and moved it back in afterward with the same amount of care. We called Madison Property Restoration for minor mold growth in the basement. Randy provided us with a solution to kill the mold, and even showed us how to pull back and dry out carpet for a separate issue where a few gallons of water had soaked in. He also took the time to point out some concerns with the house's landscaping. Randy was very friendly and went above and beyond. We will happily call again for any water or mold issues.

I called MPR to check out Mold growing in my basement. The consultation was scheduled quickly and Randy explained exactly where the mold was, how it got there, and how we could remediate it. His team came out a few days later and did an amazing job cleaning and remediating the entire issue. They then painted the basement and made it look brand new. I would highly recommend MPR for any of your restoration needs.
