Randy was immediately responsive to our need to repair a water and mold issue in our basement. It was stressful for us to deal with, but the team was great: thorough, clean, speedy and kindly sympathetic to our problem. I would recommend them to anyone.
We have a home that is about 3 years old, went on a long vacation only to come back to a home that had water damage from heavy rains and poorly designed window well water management. So we had water in through the seal of a window, a crack in the foundation leaving mold on the framing and on the baseboard trim. Along with wet carpet days later from when the damage originally occurred. Once discovered we gave Randy at Madison Property Restoration a call, he was at our home in less than 30 minutes. Told us exactly what needed to happen, that our insurance would consider the damage as "Flood Damage" which was confirmed by our insurance agent but saved making a claim...read full review
