“Excellent service. Tech arrived and was very knowledgeable and cordial. Told him what I thought was wrong and what I'd done so far and he was able to identify the problem very quickly. It wasn't an emergency but they had a very quick response time.

Price was a bit high for services rendered. Tech gets 5 stars. $159 for the call and diagnosis, and over $375 to replace a couple mouse-chewed wires and clean it up. I don't charge that much for data recovery from fire damaged hard drives and it's a bit more intensive.

Can't stress enough the tech they sent was great.“

“I had a carbon monoxide leak , I turned off my furnace at 9 pm aired out my home , I called Hurckman at 8 am by 11 am the technician was here, I’m in Pulaski he went to Green Bay picked up the new heat exchanger by 3:00 pm my furnace was fixed . I have a Carrier Infinity model 59MN7A080V 21-20 this furnace has a manufacturing defect in the spray coating and pin hole leaks happen , that’s what mine did my furnace is 10 years old but Carrier will not pay the labor for the exchange since it’s their defect they should ,I’m going to try to fight that. Beth at Hurkman went out of her way to help with this claim , Carrier would not pay the labor I will work on that on my own. “Great service. I had central heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier installed, but the next day I discovered I had no hot water. I called, and one of the owners arrived in less than an hour. They had forgotten to relight the pilot light after installing the humidifier. He fixed the issue quickly and answered my additional questions. I called at 11:15 a.m., and by 12:39 p.m., my hot water was restored.“

The techs were awesome, Allie in the office was amazing and the service was faster than we expected. “Amazing service and great payment options. Our furnace went out last winter and we needed a new one right away. AMA was able to install the new furnace the same day with just a small down payment. Today, our heat stopped working and turns out it was a bad thermostat and AMA installed the new one right away and had my family nice and warm again (on a Sunday)! Our furnace is not typical so the part had to be ordered and 3 business days later (right after a huge blizzard too) he came out and replaced it!
