After identifying the issue, he alerted us that he could help it run this year, but it wouldn't last a very long time beyond that.Fast forward to winter, and we shopped around for a new furnace (22 years old) and air conditioner. After comparison, we decided to go with Randerson.Nick and his staff were very informative, not pushy and worked with us to get a system that will do the job without overkill. He offered options on the system that we could add, but wasn't hard selling to get us upgrades.
