He and another associate came today and completed both in less than 4 hours. Both were very pleasant and took away any pieces parts from the old fixtures, cleaning up as they went.“

“Excellent service. Tech arrived and was very knowledgeable and cordial. Told him what I thought was wrong and what I'd done so far and he was able to identify the problem very quickly. It wasn't an emergency but they had a very quick response time.

Price was a bit high for services rendered. Tech gets 5 stars. $159 for the call and diagnosis, and over $375 to replace a couple mouse-chewed wires and clean it up. I don't charge that much for data recovery from fire damaged hard drives and it's a bit more intensive.
