My boiler system would not relight, so I called several places in town to find affordable and fast help. Apex had the friendliest staff on the phone with a very good price for the diagnostic charge. The two gentleman that came out and serviced/fixed my boiler were also very friendly and professional. My house has heat now and I am a happy customer! I would highly recommend them.
Their techs are great to deal with and were able to fix a long-term issue we were having with our heater. This is what sets them apart: their respectfulness. Nothing bothers me more than when a service person walks into our house with their boots on. I never re-schedule with any service company that does this. Apex has their crew bring booties to pull over their boots--I have no idea why other companies don't do this. We use Apex for bi-annual maintenance and because of their expertise and their respectfulness, we will never look anywhere else.
We made a request for service as a new customer. Apex offered to come the same day to check our furnace. Technician was thorough and walked me through the steps he took to remedy the problem.Communication was strong, whether from the technician or the main office, via phone, text, and email. Very positive experience from all aspects.
