Billy from Nicolet Heating and Cooling was excellent! Our AC was out for over a week during some hot weather! We went with another company at first who unfortunately spent a very considerable amount of time trying to fix the issue with no resolution. Billy came over and fixed the issue within 35 minutes and confirmed the part that needed replacement was covered under warranty. Billy (and office ladies Sam/Billie Jo) were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! Very thankful for their assistance with a complicated matter.
