“I had a carbon monoxide leak , I turned off my furnace at 9 pm aired out my home , I called Hurckman at 8 am by 11 am the technician was here, I’m in Pulaski he went to Green Bay picked up the new heat exchanger by 3:00 pm my furnace was fixed . I have a Carrier Infinity model 59MN7A080V 21-20 this furnace has a manufacturing defect in the spray coating and pin hole leaks happen , that’s what mine did my furnace is 10 years old but Carrier will not pay the labor for the exchange since it’s their defect they should ,I’m going to try to fight that. Beth at Hurkman went out of her way to help with this claim , Carrier would not pay the labor I will work on that on my own. “Amazing service and great payment options. Our furnace went out last winter and we needed a new one right away. AMA was able to install the new furnace the same day with just a small down payment. Today, our heat stopped working and turns out it was a bad thermostat and AMA installed the new one right away and had my family nice and warm again (on a Sunday)!
