Repairman explained everything in detail. He went over cost estimates for repairs and said I would get a copy of estimates in email but I haven't received them yet. He said repair were not urgent..

Except for having to purchase a new furnace, the technician was professional and courteous. Jordan explained everything on my 20 year old furnace and gave me many options to choose from. Excellent people to work with!

Dan did a very good job. After he checked everything he explained what he had done. He was very thorough. We asked about a new thermostat and he said he would have to do some research. He said he would email us what he found out. Made sure he had our correct email address. Because we have a heat pump our system is a little different than most heating and cooling systems.
