First time customer of IdealAir...couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Starting with my initial call to a very personable, engaging young woman (Julie) that quickly responded to my issues and dispatched a Technician (Marc) . He arrived ahead of schedule and immediately diagnosed my issues (gas fireplace and garage heater) .Marc explained what he was doing and why. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

I would Recommend this Company to Anyone Needing Service!! I needed Central Air and Had One Company that said they would do it. They came over and started Modifying my Furnace for AC and After 3-4 Hours They Packed up and just Left and said they Couldn’t Do it!!! Thank God for Pete and His Crew!! Even though it was a little Bit of a Challenge they Got it Done!! Pete was Great and The Crew that put it in was Awesome!! They Worked together and Seemed to have an Extra Drive to get it Done!!!
