“I was incredibly lucky to have been able to get a quick appointment with Dr Moss. I was diagnosed with cataract on both eyes. Dr Moss performed the surgery, which was quick and painless. He is a person with a great demeanor who took his time answering any questions I had. The staff was friendly and competent. I'm so amazed at the improvement of my eye sight. I would definitely encourage you to have him examine you and perform surgery, if that's what you need.“
“The eye Drs at lakeshore eye professionals are bar none. 3 of my children have been treated for lazy eye with Dr Jay and Dr German. They communicate clearly what they are doing at all times and make the eye exam an easy process. My youngest child in glasses was only 4 when he began treatment and with his special needs with adhd and his anxiety they worked well with him. Over the years we have seen Dr German for continued care and he is patient and very calm in his practice. The once 4 year old is now 15 and we will continue care as long as our eyes need it. One of my children needed to see a retina specialist and the office worked with us to get her scheduled at that office. With insurance changes we have gone sporadically to other optometrists and ophthalmologists but the care we received elsewhere just doesn't compare to lakeshore. When my daughter needed glasses for the first time at age 6 the staff member was incredibly patient and spent a long time helping her pick out frames available in her size, letting her try them all on, and showing her the different color options for her favorites. “I can’t talk enough about how nice and friendly the staff is, and our doctor!! I visited them with my husband and daughter, we were all scheduled, and they were very patient, would explain everything (even to my little girl), and advise us. My daughter and I got the additional exam (I forgot the name, but it’s meant to be a more detailed check of eye health), and my daughter wasn’t even scared during the exam. She even told me which part she liked best, lol (the balloon!).They also have many frame choices, my daughter is ecstatic about her Little Pony glasses! And I can’t wait for mine! Even my husband who’s very picky found a very cool pair of glasses! I truly recommend them! The place is clean, organized, and everyone is friendly, helpful and professional.
