“I don’t write reviews very often, but this time I have to. I was visiting from out of town and had a problem that needed an optician. The concierge at our hotel told me that he uses Metro Eye, so I walked over to their office. I received a friendly greeting at the front desk and was instantly handed over to an incredibly-nice person who quickly solved my problem, and then refused to let me pay them. If I move to Milwaukee, there’s no question that I would be a regular customer of Metro Eye.“

“I came in because the nose pad if my glasses were hurting the bridge of my nose. The ones I had from the original site were so thin and uncomfortable. Jasmine was so helpful and kind! She listened to my concern and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes! Great experience!“

“For 10+ years, I drive 30 minutes and pass by at least 100 optometry offices to see Dr. Petrou because of the personalized, excellent care she provides. I will continue to come here even if my insurance is out of network because she provides a healthcare experience like no provider I had previously seen. Thorough exam (even for small children) with detailed explanation of changes in eye health. She adds new technology when it is evidence-based. She went above and beyond to include my 6 & 9 year old boys in the process by allowing them to carefully look into the microscope to see my eyes and explained the basic anatomy- they're still talking about that experience a week later. Products are recommended (contact lenses, drops, cleaners etc.) but no pressure sell. I am grateful for Dr. Petrou's team.“

“I have had the best experiences with Alana. Forgive me if the spelling is incorrect. She is great at picking out frames that look good on me. She is confident and clearly amazing at what she does. She has helped me problem solve some issues I have had with my lenses that no one else thought of. They were unable to help me but when I presented my issue to Alana she found a solution. I left there today extremely happy and satisfied. Please give Alana a raise and don’t let her quit at Optix on Downer.

“In my opinion, Bronze Optical is one of the shops setting the standard for optical service in Milwaukee. Tim, Justine, and Dr. Fan are consummate professionals in their fields. They went out of their way to order a discontinued frame for me last year (Ornette from L.A. Eyeworks); they're honestly the best eyeglasses I've ever owned and they garner compliments wherever I go. The team here does a terrific job with adjustments and exams, and their frame selection is terrific (especially for someone with a wide face like me). Highly recommended!“
