“I've been a patient with Great Lakes, many, many, years. If I'm having any kind of problems with my new prescription, I can just walk in, talk to any of the employees,( their ALL so knowledgeable), tell them what's going on, and seriously they won't let me leave until my problem is solved. I've been working with(Tracy, she treats me like she would be treating her own mother. I actually feel so close to her, I call her my other daughter,lol). Then theirs Connie, she also treats me like I could be her mother. She treats me with so much respect, always concerned about my well being. Then there's Jennifer, I just had her today. She was so helpful today,and full of knowledge as well. She would not let me go until she new forsure I could see. She worked with me for quite a while. Phones would ring,customer's coming in, and she still would not leave my side. Dr. PEDERSON, well you will have to come in to see for yourself , to see All the knowledge, experience, and a amazing bed side manner,that I guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face,eyes just sparkling, ( now that you can see), and a heart that's full, . I then walk out am so happy how I was treated. Thanks guys, keep doing what you're doing.

“This is one of the best optical centers. Family friendly, attentive and works with your budget! Small town values are definitely in play and I wouldn't want it any other way! If you see any negative reviews, I would revisit since the management has changed hands and they have new staff members who are very genuine! They even have online frames that are much better than any other online optical store out there! 5 stars!!“
