About 10 years ago, Jim installed a battery back-up sump pump system in our newly remodeled basement. It worked flawlessly until an alarm alerted me to the fact that the primary pump had failed and that the back-up pump had seized. I had written Jim’s name and number on the paperwork for the installation, so I texted him at 6:30 in the morning on the day before Easter Sunday. He immediately responded, help me diagnose the problems, walked me through a temporary fix to avoid an overflow, and came to our house a couple of days later to install a new system for us with wifi capability for remote monitoring and notifications. Jim’s work is always impeccable and efficient. He is exceptionally responsive and has a very easy going personality. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks, Jim! ?

Jacqueline was great to work with for our wedding flowers! I loved the idea of a farmers market bouquet, but didn’t want to risk finding something the morning of! With a bit of research I would Willoway Farm. I shared some inspiration pictures and we talked about some great spring/summer seasonal options. When my flowers were delivered to my venue on wedding day I was over the moon with how they turned out!! I would recommend working with Jacqueline a million times over. She has a great passion for what she does :)
