“I’ve had some terrible experiences here in the past, but my recent experience was good. I saw Dr. Orlich last month who was so nice and was happy to share his knowledge and answer any question I had.Today I picked up my glasses while a young man(Devvon?) was working. He was amazing. He took the time and adjusted my glasses until they were perfect! He really knows what he’s doing when it comes to glasses. Also very friendly and kind.My eyes are still adjusting to the new prescription, but hopefully that won’t take much longer. I will definitely come back to the Saukville location just for the amazing service that I received today.“
“I took my little girls here (both less than 4 years). Dr Alvarez was amazing with them. She was so nice and was so skilled with little kids. Coming in, I thought it would be a short exam since there wouldn’t be much you could do with little kids. But Dr Alvarez dilated both of them and was able to do a full exam.“

“We highly recommend Dr. Ross! My son was not excited about the idea of getting glasses, so Dr. Ross talked through some alternative options with us. We decided to go with the CRT molds and couldn't be happier. My son puts the CRT molds on at night and then has better than 20/20 vision during the day! My son plays sports, and it's nice that we don't have to worry about glasses falling off, fitting under helmets, or fogging up while he is playing. It's amazing that he can wear nothing during the day and still have perfect vision!We've been going to Dr. Ross for about five years now, and we feel confident that our eye health is in good hands with him. “I was unable to get an appointment until January, however, when I called up to the Grafton location today because I had a miscalculation of number of contacts left, Cindy was amazing and was able to get me a sample pair of contacts, at a different location, that I was able to pick up today in order to get me through to my appointment. Cindy definitely went well above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and able to see for the next couple weeks until my actual appointment. Would highly recommend them to anyone as they will do everything they possibly can to make sure their patients are well taken care of“

It is apparent that Dr. Hirsch is very knowledgeable in cornea care as he understands up-to-date advanced surgical procedures and information.
