“I have been visiting this location for several years after trying a few different eye care locations to in the area. Dr Pederson is great. He is thorough and takes his time to explain, also very personable. The staff here are friendly and helpful. In years past, I had some issues with order mixups and such. I feel like service and organization has improved in recent years. Overall, very happy with my experience.”
“Always a pleasant eye exam. Everyone there is so nice! Melissa is so kind and fun to talk to.”
“I came to Shopko optical with a mission: to find glasses that looked good on me for the next several years. I was overwhelmed with the options and Rei (sp? Sorry girl) was AMAZING. So patient. Really listened to my concerns and picked options that fit my face really well. I ended up choosing something I would have never even tried as an option. I then wanted sunglasses to go along and had Marcus - they were sooo helpful, fun and gave thoughtful feedback.
Won a customer for life. It was such a great experience beginning to end!”
