My experience was amazing from check-in through completion! Kastille and Kathy were more than helpful. These ladies were phenomenal. They made it so much easier for me to pick up my frames at a different location for which I am grateful. They're friendly service is unforgettable. Dr. Orlich was so informative. He explained everything being done and the importance. Thank you so much to the Saukville HERSLOF staff for a very nice and friendly experience!

I’ve had some terrible experiences here in the past, but my recent experience was good. I saw Dr. Orlich last month who was so nice and was happy to share his knowledge and answer any question I had.Today I picked up my glasses while a young man(Devvon?) was working. He was amazing. He took the time and adjusted my glasses until they were perfect! He really knows what he’s doing when it comes to glasses. Also very friendly and kind.My eyes are still adjusting to the new prescription, but hopefully that won’t take much longer. I will definitely come back to the Saukville location just for the amazing service that I received today.

Viola went above & beyond with GREAT customer service. My 85 yr old friend needed an eye exam which was covered by her insurance under community care. Viola and I had several calls back/forth for 3 days to make this appointment happen. She was always courteous & kind. She made sure everything was in order to assure Sally's experience went smoothly. From the time I wheeled Sally in the door, the exam, picking out glasses and then the wrap out, Viola was OUTSTANDING. She would be a big reason to return to Herslof. Thank you, thank you very much Viola for all you did.
