This is my first exposure via a digital eye exam and a remote licensed optometrist. There was a slight delay in-between video conferencing, but the comprehensive exam with and without the onsite assistant went very well leading up to the final sale.”

When my glasses were ready, the lady who helped me totally complimented my frames and made me feel so confident. This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced.
