As a newcomer to yoga I was a little nervous about going to a class but Liz and Ashley have made me feel welcomed each time I go! I am on my second month and looking forward to learning each time I am there!

Such a wonderful environment! They have lots of beginner friendly classes. My body and mind have had such a positive transformation over the last few months of coming here. Studio is clean. My favorite classes are Hot Pilates and Yin Yoga.

Such a warm and welcoming studio in a convenient downtown Des Moines location. Liz, owner and one of the instructors, is wonderful. I hadn't done a hot class in almost 15 years and was made to feel right at home anyway.

Shiva Yoga is a Yoga, Pilates, Barre, & Stretch Class Studio located in the heart of downtown Des Moines, WA. We strive to be a Community Studio, where all levels & all bodies are welcome & invited while at the same time offering a challenging, playful class.
