“We switched from Urban Animal to Jet City ~2 yrs ago and they have been incredible. We have a senior black lab who sometimes has urgent issues arise that would not be considered urgent for a younger dog; despite staffing challenges etc. hitting the veterinary industry since 2020 they have never taken more than 24 hours to accommodate us for urgent issues. Absolutely fantastic, patient and professional staff. Experienced with pet insurance, tech savvy for invoices/communications (texts, emails, etc.) and above and beyond in terms of accommodating urgent issues. Highly recommend.“

“I have a big German shepherd which many people can be afraid of her. But Fairwood Plaza Animal Clinic treats her like the sweet girl she is! They are kind and gentle and always loving towards her! She has been going since she was 6 weeks old, she will be 3 in May. She hurt her elbow last year but was pretty stoic about it. The vet took his time assessing her and picked up on subtle body language to figure out what was going on. The medical care she gets is top notch!“

“I started taking both of my dogs here when I lived about five minutes away. Since then, I have moved almost 40 minutes away and still make the drive to bring them here. The trust I have in Dr. Androski & her team is precious and I thank them for taking great care of my furry kids. I do feel like the pricing is similar to other vets in the area and I have not had a hard time getting in to see them. As vet staffing is really challenging these days, it is nice to always see the same front office team and know that they must really like it there too! Thanks y'all.“
“One of my french bulldogs fell while trying to jump on the bed and dislocated his patella (knee cap). He had to have surgery and Renton Veterinary hospital was the most affordable. The doctors there were awesome and the surgery went well without any complications. The only issue I had was that Keno had to go back 5 weeks later to get the pins removed and that wasn’t included in the original quoted price. Besides that I was very pleased. One of the receptionist wasnt very friendly when we came in but the doctors were great. The receptionist attitude and the hidden extra cost is why i’m giving 4 stars. I would still recommend.“

“They squeezed us in 45 minutes before closing, examining an ulcerated growth on our dog's leg that he just started licking. They were friendly, professional, and handled our anxious dog with care and love. They gave us what we needed and, considering prices for urgent care visits (always at least $150), they were reasonably priced. They even came in and apologized for the delay because their medicine label printer was acting up! We weren't worried about the wait time, but love that they were on top of it.“

“Amazing caring selfless heroic people who volunteer their time to help less fortunate keep their fur babies healthy and happy. I lost a beloved pet a long while ago due to my inability to pay for the emergency vet costs, It broke my heart. I wish I knew of Doney coe back then. The veteranarian flat refused to release my animal although I had all but $100 of the $1300 bill. The seized her and adopted her out. The whole thing makes zeros sense the bill remained unpaid and my babie was gone forever to a new home. Down right idiotic.Doney coe does. Ot charge it's patients a single dime. I have one request though, they are taking time out of their life away from their families away from their actual jobs and choosing to spend them caring for our fur babies. If they took everyone who showed up late or an emergency case, they could wind up there for weeks straight. They have to cut it off at some point, don't give them grief. You should be thanking them because they will be there next week and the next week and next week after that and a Saturday sprinkled in here and there so please be kind to them. They don't want to turn anyone away. They have already proven they are selfless individuals who love our animals. It breaks their hearts to turn us away, so next time they can't accommodate you, don't get mad, don't yell or curse. Try thanking them for giving their time to the babies who were cared for that day and come try again.“

“Dr. Jon is an amazing and caring doctor. Despite Buddy being an old dog, Dr. Jon performed a very thorough exam. He provided suggestions to help both us and Buddy adjust to some of the changes due to his age and dementia. He called with Buddy's lab results the same day even though it was after business hours.“
“I was recommended by my friend and my first appintment was with Dr Simmons. The experience was awesome and this is the first vet that makes me feel the doctors care about the patients; They asked my cats all previous medical records a week before my appointment and sent me the estimates of services. During the appointment,Dr Simmons shared lots of feline knowledge and answered my questions patiently. After I got the blood panel test report, she still followed up with my questions. This is what a vet should be.“
