Had to leave my cat at the Pet smart pet hotel for Memorial day weekend. I was worried because I don't really leave my cat but that time I had to. They took care of my baby boy even updating me every night how he was doing and they followed my instructions on how to take care of him. The only cons I can say is that they only send me only one photo every night. But other than that, great price and thank you for taking care of my boy!“

“It was fantastic working with Julie. We reached out about our 2 dogs, Willow and Hazel. They had gotten in a few fights, had some issues with guarding certain areas of our house, and struggled with walking on lead. We were immediately impressed with how professional Julie was and how quickly she understood the nuances of our dog’s personalities. Throughout our training program she wasn’t just prescriptive in giving us tools to directly address the problem areas but helped us to better understand our dogs and set up an environment at home with structure so that they could thrive. Plus the dogs loved her and she quickly became one of their favorites! We now have 2 dogs that walk well on lead and that have been getting along with each other without incident. We had tried other trainers in the past and while helpful it felt like something was missing. We’d make progress until we didn’t. If you’re in a similar situation I’d strongly recommend working with Julie. Her attention to detail and customization around the dogs and family’s needs is top notch.“

“Our pup went through the six week basic manner course and it was excellent! She learned so much, despite being the youngest in class. Keely was amazing to work with and Prius loves her. She learned Sit, stay, lay down, shake, and some loose leash walking. Also basics of leave it or drop it, and mat training. Highly recommend!“

“My fiancé and I had Cierra as the trainer for our 9-month-old Cane Corso, and we decided to go with the 2-week board and train program. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Cierra communicated clearly about everything she planned to work on and made sure to focus on the unwanted behaviors we had mentioned beforehand.

She also sent us pictures and videos every day, which made it so special to watch our dog’s progress while he was away. Seeing the improvement day by day was incredible. “My dog was very sick, unable to stand on a Saturday when most vets were closed. I went to Banfield first, they said they were booked solid and couldn't see him until end of day. I begged them as he was very ill and the answer was no. In desperation I found Animal Hospital of Newport Hills open nearby. I showed up bawling my eyes out because my dog was very sick and needed to see a doctor. They were booked too, but doctors at Newport Hills said they would squeeze him in. They saw him, did blood work, reviewed the blood work and sent us home with antibiotics and painkillers and another appointment the following week to discuss next steps. I'm happy to say my dog is feeling better today and able to walk and improving thanks to the doctors at Animal Hospital Newport Hills. I'm sooo great full they cared enough to see my dog they have earned my business and my gratitude! Highly recommend!“

We were nervous going in because he had been asked to leave both my SIL’s and my friend’s houses for not getting along with their cats, but he made so many friends and adjusted very easily at CSH! “Wesley and the PSP team are an absolute treasure. Our dogs, Nugget and Pippa, are skeptical to say the least when they meet new people. Wesley and Jaime had to take it real slow, which they did with much patience. Wesley has a calmness about him that invites doggy bonding, which really helped to build trust. Now Nugget and Pippa greet him with an enthusiasm we don't even see when returning from long trips. And the walk 'reports' Wesley writes are amazing + hilarious - I find myself reading them over and over again. Your and your dog's lives will be better with Wesley and PSP in it.“
