Cascade Heights Veterinary Clinic has the best staff possible. I had seen Dr. Kathleen Paulson when she worked at another clinic. I have transferred my two cats to her clinic. It is more convenient to my home and I appreciate the family - like atmosphere at Cascade Heights. Dr. Paulson is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor. I trust what she tells me and she is conscious of the difficulty some owners may have in paying high vet costs. She will explain her decisions carefully and present alternatives if needed. My Dog Bubbah is 19 years old. He's gone here for a while now and they know him. He's been going through a very hard time lately. He's 19. The other day My Family and I went into the vet and we all decided that maybe it was time to talk about letting go. Now Ive heard quote a few times that vets always encourage people to euthanize their pets when they're extremely old. Not Dr.Geoffrey R.Kraabel. He talked us through what we should be looking for and talking about when We do decide but for now He can make Bubbah comfortable. I really appreciate that. He is A VERY GOOD Veterinarian.
Dr. Geoffrey Kaasbel was wonderful at our first puppy appointment today. He took the time to answer all of my many questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and caring he was. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and the veterinary assistant, Michael, was amazing as well. I left feeling confident that my puppy was receiving excellent care from a compassionate and highly knowledgeable team. I highly recommend this clinic!
