We switched from Urban Animal to Jet City ~2 yrs ago and they have been incredible. We have a senior black lab who sometimes has urgent issues arise that would not be considered urgent for a younger dog; despite staffing challenges etc. hitting the veterinary industry since 2020 they have never taken more than 24 hours to accommodate us for urgent issues. Absolutely fantastic, patient and professional staff. Experienced with pet insurance, tech savvy for invoices/communications (texts, emails, etc.) and above and beyond in terms of accommodating urgent issues. Highly recommend.

Just wanting to give a HUGE shoutout to Andie! I’ve got a “spicy cat” who really hates going to the vet, but Andie makes it so fast and painless every time and always remembers my kitty. Thank you!

I feel blessed to have landed at this vet. We have three pets and all of their care has been outstanding. The clinic goes above and beyond and is very transparent about options and costs. Would recommend them to anyone!
