822 12th Ave, Seattle“We switched from Urban Animal to Jet City ~2 yrs ago and they have been incredible. We have a senior black lab who sometimes has urgent issues arise that would not be considered urgent for a younger dog; despite staffing challenges etc. hitting the veterinary industry since 2020 they have never taken more than 24 hours to accommodate us for urgent issues. Absolutely fantastic, patient and professional staff. Experienced with pet insurance, tech savvy for invoices/communications (texts, emails, etc.) and above and beyond in terms of accommodating urgent issues. Highly recommend.“
“I have a big German shepherd which many people can be afraid of her. But Fairwood Plaza Animal Clinic treats her like the sweet girl she is! They are kind and gentle and always loving towards her! She has been going since she was 6 weeks old, she will be 3 in May. She hurt her elbow last year but was pretty stoic about it. The vet took his time assessing her and picked up on subtle body language to figure out what was going on. The medical care she gets is top notch!“
“I cannot say enough about how much our family loves Crestwood Animal Hospital. Dr. Norstrem always makes me feel heard and never rushed. He has been incredible with our two large pups (GSD & Cane Corso) and just as good with their sometimes nervous parents. Gena and the vet tech staff are second to none. When your dogs give love to your vet, the office staff and vet techs you know they are doing something right.“

I felt very comfortable asking questions and it honestly feels like a good safe space for my pets. I feel really good about my pets coming here“
“I was recommended by my friend and my first appintment was with Dr Simmons. The experience was awesome and this is the first vet that makes me feel the doctors care about the patients; They asked my cats all previous medical records a week before my appointment and sent me the estimates of services. During the appointment,Dr Simmons shared lots of feline knowledge and answered my questions patiently. After I got the blood panel test report, she still followed up with my questions. This is what a vet should be.“

Afterwards, she sent a card to me, and the note was exactly what I needed to soothe my sadness. Thank you Dr. Whitty!“

815 Rainier Ave S, Seattle“I started bringing my dog to Rainier Vet just recently to inquire about a dental exam. To my pleasant surprise the doctors, techs, and front desk staff are all very communicative and friendly.I was really nervous about my dog's dental cleaning / extraction procedure (she ended up getting 16 teeth removed) but everyone there communicated with so openly. My questions were always answered and I requested for the surgery team to give me a call before proceeding with the extractions and the doctor (Dr. Oas) did just that. She took the time to explain to me what teeth needed to be extracted and why.On top of our procedure, I was also able to add on nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal gland expressions -- and they all got done while my dog was under anesthesia. The doctor also found that my dog had an ulcer at the back of her throat and went ahead to prescribe antibiotics for us to take home.I really felt that the price was justified for the entire procedure, lab work, x-rays, and medicine. I felt that both my dog and I were well supported and cared for through our initial dental exam until the procedure was over.My biggest thing with finding a good vet is open and clear communication. Rainier Vet does just that! They send email and text reminders. They're fast to answer phone calls and overall very transparent with everything which I appreciate. Every staff that I've interacted with so far has been so sweet and kind. I feel so assured knowing Rainier Vet can provide the care that my dog needs! Thank you guys so much.“

“I loved Dr. Kamdar and Dr. Lee for 16.5 years with Lucy, our white American Eskimo dog. After Lucy died we waited 5 months and adopted a traumatized 11 year old named Jasmine, a Toy Schnoodle. Dr. Kamdar welcomed her warmly. Their support staff is great. Jasmine's scared of men so they quickly sent only women technicians to carry her in and out in the pandemic. However (there's always a "but") over the last decades, we experienced a slow worsening of service as they got busier. Now we no longer get reminders for regular care, like flea meds every 3 months, shots and exams. When you are "owned'" by a 12.5 year old, reminders are critical. It's more of a money making venture than a caring vet. I am sorry to see this because the Docs are smart and technicians are warm and competent. I guess it's time to find another vet with great, smart docs and caring service. If Burien Cares can manage it when they're swamped, BVH needs to Build Back Better at management. Thanks for 14 great years Dr. Kamdar.“

“Always friendly and compassionate with pets and their families. We have been going to Dr. Deal for years. She always listens carefully to your concerns and observations when making a diagnosis. The support staff is very knowledgeable and treat your pets like their own. The administrative staff listens to any billing problems and works to resolve them.“
“It was super easy to make an appointment here. I came here the first time with my 2 cats and got lots of advice from the doctor. The staff was super friendly and helpful.“
