Malcolm the service technician and Mike the service manager are simply outstanding. They are true professionals who go out of their way to make sure they solve whatever problem the customer is experiencing. Additionally, they are committed to explain what they are doing and how they are solving the problem. They never give up until their mission for the client is accomplished.

Shout out to Mike Phillips who went above and beyond for us to get a tank installed for us immediately after the other company took the tank we thought we owned! I can not tell you how gratifying it was to have someone care about our emergency! Malcolm the tank installer was very kind and courteous as well! So happy to be a part of the Bluestar family!

Excellent customer service, we had a minor emergency and needed a refill asap and they got it to us same day at no extra charge. The CSR I worked with (Beth) was massively helpful the whole way through and made a really worrying event the best custmer service experiance I've ever had.
