Excellent and speedy service for a great price! I needed our AC moved for a tight timeline construction project in our yard after our contractor wasn’t able to do it. Greentop not only had the best price but was able to work with our schedule and get the work completed with only a week’s notice. The technician was professional and very neat with his work, and kept a clean job site. Absolutely would work with them again!
I got 5 quotes (from reasonable companies, not Greenwood or other ripoffs) to replace a 22 year old gas furnace and add a heat pump for a 3600 sf house in Seattle. Andres was a competent estimator and reasonable to work with on hardware (American Standard instead of Trane) and details, including adding to the contract that if the location didn't pass inspection (sound), they would move it. Other companies were either iffy or added a large cost. Greentop's overall price was solid. I had a great experience with GREENTOP Heating. They did an excellent job thoroughly deep cleaning my indoor Mitsubishi mini-split units. The technician was professional, arrived right on time, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was very thorough throughout the cleaning process. The units looked and smelled much better afterward, and it was clear they weren't just doing a quick surface cleaning.
One thing that really stood out was their maintenance membership. After getting quotes from several other HVAC companies, GREENTOP's membership turned out to be an amazing value and significantly more affordable than paying for individual cleanings.
