They had more answers than I had questions. I had called originally looking to have a Ductless Mini-Split installed in my home renovation. After taking a look at my home it was recommended I install a furnace and Heat Pump as well as install ducting throughout the house. “Recently, All Seasons was incredibly helpful to me when I I received a fraudulent quote for an HVAC repair from Mountain Air in Tacoma. The tech had claimed that a water flow system was not installed on my unit which was causing leakage and gave me a written estimate of $3,500. When I spoke with All Seasons, the tech informed me that the original installers should be taking care of this problem. At the time, I did not know which company had installed the unit as I had recently purchased the home. David instructed me in how to find the builder and did not push me to have All Seasons do the work. I found the builder and installer who confirmed that the water flow unit had, in fact been installed and that the leak was due to a clogged line which was easily flushed and the problem resolved. I appreciate the guidance and support from All Seasons, given their integrity and assistance in helping me solve the issue, despite my not needing to hire them for service.
