“We want to thank Amanda for her wonderful work to help us solve the unpredictable and unacceptable behavior of our female Great Pyrenees / Husky dog. At about 2-3 years old, our dog Bailey had become difficult to handle with resource guarding in our home, and reactive behavior around other dogs in public. We were unable to manage these situations on our own, so we hired Amanda at Westward Hound to help.Amanda was very patient and knowledgable. Through our training sessions, we were taught how to identify the situations and triggers that set off Bailey and how to manage her stress to avoid problems. Bailey is a now a much better dog and we feel empowered to avoid problems in the future. We highly recommend Amanda’s dog training services!“
“I’m new to the area so I did a lot of looking around before choosing The Dog Stop. I’ve gone twice now, and I’ve already booked a third visit. As a picky fur-parent, these are the most important details of my experience, so far. The staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. The building seems clean and well kept up with no obvious urine smell or dirty floors. Each time, the dogs came home happy and behaving normally. I boarded my dogs for several days so I was glad to get a chance to see them play on the cameras. My oldest dog requires multiple doses of medication and has to have a lot of quiet time. They obviously paid attention to his needs, he seems well rested and content. The only negative I can see is that price. The cost was a bit higher than I would normally pay. Finding a place I feel comfortable boarding my dogs isn’t easy. So far, it’s definitely worth the price knowing they’re getting really good care.“
“They are very friendly and have ways to stay in touch and contact with email and text in case you have questions about your pet. I have had them for four months and highly recommend!! I have a kitten they have spayed and it went great!“
“We had an awesome experience at Paws4training! Susan is great, positive, knowledgeable and very experienced with puppies! We learned so much, most importantly how to effectively get your puppy's attention, how to set your pup up for success and how to train for what you want proactively rather than reacting to the unwanted behavior after it occurs. We also learned how to listen and watch for our puppies cues that show how he's feeling in any given moment. I feel like the bond between my puppy and I has become even stronger using the positive training model techniques and we are effectively reshaping unwanted behaviors or avoiding them all together, it's amazing! “When you travel and have pets it's incredibly important to know that your pet is being cared for properly by people that care and this is definitely the place. We chose purrfect cat boarding based on their reviews, the reviews of other animal boarders and because they only take care of kittehs here. Our chonky baby was a little scared at first because she has never been away from her home environment for this long (we were really worried that she'd think we gave her back for adoption) but she did well here. We got to call and check on her and everyone was really nice and understanding about our concerns and they did a great job with feeding,playing with and giving our baby all the scratches that she needed, this stay helped us get her on a better diet and feeding schedule and she even lost a little weight. Buffy has been home for a few days now and there hasn't been a change in her behavior and she seems just as happy as before. I'm glad we found a place we can trust.“

They sometimes send little updates (photos & videos) and Cozmo is always having a blast in them. I never feel nervous about dropping him off here because I know he’s in such good hands. “We brought Cici (8 yo YoChon F, timid) for her second grooming here. She loved it. Again!! We been here twice and both times we've had a great experience. Mainly, Cici comes out happy to show off, clearly they be been glowing up in the back. I went to a local Bothell groomer recently and paid $120 only to have a dirty and scared dog. Petco is awesome. This Petco has great groomers. They even got us in on Christmas EveNeedless to say, a new Lamby came home too. Like I said. Cici is over the moon and sleeping with her Lamby. She really had fun today. That's the most important. 2nd she's beautiful for Christmas. 3rd. When we were in the store I met the small animal guy and he loved them. He loves them. Finally, I met the on floor and on duty manager. She's maintaining this large store very well. I think, this is a good Petco.“

“Our dog Cabbage attended board and train for a week and the experience was overwhelmingly positive for both her and us. We met with Christine ahead of time so she could get to know Cabbage and understand some of our main training goals. The week we were gone Christine worked with Cabbage every day using positive reinforcement techniques only. She gave us daily updates on what they worked on and she also sent us videos as well so we could better understand the process. I am pleased to say Cabbage came home a very happy girl and has definitely shown signs of improvement on some of the key areas of focus. I highly recommend this program, the dogs are treated with so much care and respect and Christine is communicative and trustworthy.“
