“The staff are so warm and caring. My pup jumps out of the car and runs in. A better recommendation can’t be given, my pup loves it here and is always happy.”

Big Valley Pet Resort
“I was reluctant to leave Bean somewhere other than his home when travel cannot include him. But when I turn the car onto Big Valley Rd, Bean starts to smile. Generally rather shy, he recognizes in every caregiver on staff a calmness that feels good. Familiar. and a genuine love for the work that they do. Staff take the time to really know who they are spending time with; it’s clear from his eagerness to be led away from me when I drop him off, and the great shape I find him in upon my return. I don’t miss him any less now, but I am grateful he has company, consistency, and the balance of fun & calm time required during stressful times away from home to make us all feel safe. The warmth and attention given to special concerns- to injury accommodations, to administering meds and honoring rituals brings comfort to us both. I trust Big Valley with my most trusted friend. And that’s the best self care I can pay for.”
Big Valley Veterinary Services
“Knowledgeable, caring, and professional. The vets here are the best of the best, and I feel lucky to have found this clinic. They are quick to respond to any concerns with my dogs' health and their diagnose and treatments have always been spot on. Highly recommend!”
