“They really care about animals here! A different, larger vet hospital carelessly left an IV catheter in my cat after her surgery and I unfortunately only noticed when I got home. I had just let her out of the transport crate, she was so traumatized from being at the vet for 8 hours and going through surgery that I really didn't want to shove her back in the crate and go all the way back to that vet to get the catheter out. Out of desperation, I carried her to Cascade since it's a nearby hospital. I explained to them how it was left in her and they were very compassionate. Even though it was not their mistake to correct without even thinking twice they took her back and removed it for free and even put a little bandage on the wound on her arm. I was so pleased with the care that I switched to this hospital for her primary care needs.“
