I was looking for a holistic vet. I am quite impressed with the service, their sensitivity to costs, the caring displayed by each staff member and by the treatment recommendations. Dr Steve offered my kitty a towel to cover him during the entire visit. My other Kitty suffers from extreme anxiety and she was offered a sedative to be given before the visit. I have never had a vet that has this combination of TLC/holistic expertise.
Fabulous place to treat my dog well no matter how scared he gets and tries to bite them they're patient and caring very important for my little 13 year old dog I know he's in good hands
We've been coming here for 3 years and we've seen all of the vets; they're all amazing. In fact, the whole front and back office staff is outstanding - skilled, efficient, and genuinely caring. Our pets are high maintenance, and we drive well out of our way (often!) to go to Helping Hands because the staff is tops and the care is unmatched. We also really appreciate that it doesn't feel like a cash grab every time we go in - prices are reasonable and informed care decisions are made in partnership with us.
