“We had recently adopted a dog (Hank) who had extreme separation anxiety. We don't know much about his past, but his behaviors led us to believe he'd been left in crates and small places prior to being abandoned. Initially when we got him and started to leave him alone at home for a few hours, we realized we couldn't crate him so gave him relatively free reign of the house. He peed and pooped, and literally tore up screens, window shades, and door frames as if he was trying to claw is way out of the house. We were feeling pretty desperate when we reaced out to Sensitive Dog, and thankfully, after getting the details of what Hank was experiencing, allowed us to get in quickly to assist with Hank's issues. We had one 2-1/2 hour session with Julie, who was amazing. She showed us a very specific game to play with Hank to help to tire his mind and relax him when we were planning to be away from the house. She also taught us how to desensitize him when we were going to leave, and we are so grateful we found Julie!
It has now been four months since our training session with Hank, and he's doing great! We can now leave him comfortably and know that he doesn't panic when we leave. He now goes to his comfy place on the couch and relaxes until we return. We are so very thankful for the skills Julie taught us to make all our lives more peaceful and comfortable, and we highly recommend Sensitive Dog to anyone who needs help with their beloved doggies!“

“I am updating my review a year later because I just have to share that I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Our pup got sick during our recent vacation and the staff at this location was so thoughtful and thorough. Each time she had a vomiting incident they immediately took her temperature, checked her gums and belly, and sent us a picture with detailed information about what happened and discussed their care plan with us. They adjusted her activities and diet to be sensitive to her needs and went above and beyond to care for our girl, without charging us an extra dime. The manager even stayed late to meet us when we flew home early to talk through what had happened and recommendations for continued care, and also requested info from our vet in the future so they can keep their records up to date. It was such an immense relief to know our girl was in their care while we were so far away. Do not hesitate to trust your beloved pet family members with the staff here, they are exceptional!

Previous Review: I cannot say enough good things about Rainier Dog Resort & Spa. We just picked our dog up from her evaluation appointment and have had an absolutely perfect experience. We’ve had a negative boarding experience in the past so wanted to do an eval with a new place before planning a trip and I am so grateful we found this place. The photos they share throughout the day put your mind at ease, their set up and schedule is thoughtful and focused on dog well-being and needs, and they think of every little detail. Our dog is basically our kiddo and I feel so much relief to have found such an amazing team of people who really love dogs and treated our pup with such care! It was so great we’re considering taking our pup in for daycare in addition to boarding because of their awesome group play and enrichment programs. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!“

“My dog was very sick, unable to stand on a Saturday when most vets were closed. I went to Banfield first, they said they were booked solid and couldn't see him until end of day. I begged them as he was very ill and the answer was no. In desperation I found Animal Hospital of Newport Hills open nearby. I showed up bawling my eyes out because my dog was very sick and needed to see a doctor. They were booked too, but doctors at Newport Hills said they would squeeze him in. They saw him, did blood work, reviewed the blood work and sent us home with antibiotics and painkillers and another appointment the following week to discuss next steps. I'm happy to say my dog is feeling better today and able to walk and improving thanks to the doctors at Animal Hospital Newport Hills. I'm sooo great full they cared enough to see my dog they have earned my business and my gratitude! Highly recommend!“

“This is a safe and caring facility for temporary feline boarding. The staff have provided excellent care of our cat. Each cat chamber has a live video feed so the pet owners may check on their cat anytime. Prices are comparable to other facilities.“

“We were so fortunate to find Suzanne (Pampered Parrot). We had had a bad experience boarding our little guy Kiki (cockatiel) and were concerned about leaving him. She set us at ease immediately. She is a gentle, loving human being. Kiki took to her immediately. She kept us apprised of his stay with pictures and updates which we appreciated so much. I am preparing her organic rice pilaf for him and he loves the toys she recommended. She truly knows and loves birds. We plan to leave Kiki with Suzanne again when we travel next year. I give her the highest recommendation.“

“Gloria is the absolute best for our dog! Twice a week, our pup Fable gets to go on adventures and play with other dogs on epic romps through the woods, at the lake, or in the park. Fable always comes back with a wagging tail and a big goofy smile on her face. We love Gloria and are so grateful for her services!“

“I highly recommend the Tukwila Petsmart pets hotel! Our babies absolutely love staying there and the staff love them! The staff, including Krystal is very kind and friendly to them. They take good care of them. One of our babies takes medication for some medical issues and the staff administers it properly. We have been using this pets hotel for boarding since 2021.

The check in process can be a bit hectic sometimes but they do take good care of them. They have been many times, and we never have had issues. They always get their baths at the end and they love getting their baths at the salon and then coming home. If you leave your babies here, you can trust that they will be well taken care of, and that’s coming from picky pet parents. :)“

“Phenomenal pet service. I’ve used this service for several years now. It’s dependable, timely, caring, and the owner is an excellent communicator. It is nice having someone you don’t ever have to worry about in your home. My pup gets regular walks, has stayed at her home while I’ve traveled, and she’s helped me out at times of crisis. In fact my pup had a seizure and I was SO glad it was while in Elizabeth’s care as she knew exactly what to do. FABULOUS person to boot!“

“I normally get the upgraded grooming package for my dog Milo. He loves going here and the groomers love to see him. I like how you can earn rewards points towards a free groom. One thing to watch out for is they do not always contact the right number for pick up that you give them. Multiple times they have called me while working to tell me he is ready for pick up when they were supposed to call my boyfriend for pick up. Other than that they do a great job and Milo always comes home happy and smelling amazing!“

“Mountain Dog, Inc and Jessica has turned into a wonderful fit for my dog Scout. She was a sweet dog except when we were on walks near other dogs she became unruly. We realized she needed some help as did we. We loved how the owner took time evaluating her issues and got acquainted with her. From the drop off we received reports and were kept up with her training and progress. At trainings end Jessica worked with us explaining how to contine.
