Keysha, or keisha? Unsure of the spelling but phenomenal customer service at the front desk! She spent about 20 minutes trying to recover my account from over 10 years ago just so I can find my cats microchip number because he went missing yesterday! Most people would normally not invest the time for a (edited to say: not a) current client but she was wonderful and even made me laugh on a very very hard day!
Asa, our family cat gets his nails trimmed every month. Everyone LOVES seeing Asa and he gets hello from everyone. We love taking Asa into West Seattle Animal Hospital for his visits. Thank you to the wonderful staff. All our animals in the past have been taken care by this hospital.
My 7-year old Ragdoll had severe constipation which required multiple enemas over a period of days. I had to drop him off 3 days in one week and they took great care of him and made him feel loved. This prevented him from needing to be sedated as he trusted them. I am so grateful to the staff at West Seattle Animal Hospital.
