We were so fortunate to find Suzanne (Pampered Parrot). We had had a bad experience boarding our little guy Kiki (cockatiel) and were concerned about leaving him. She set us at ease immediately. She is a gentle, loving human being. Kiki took to her immediately. She kept us apprised of his stay with pictures and updates which we appreciated so much. I am preparing her organic rice pilaf for him and he loves the toys she recommended. She truly knows and loves birds. We plan to leave Kiki with Suzanne again when we travel next year. I give her the highest recommendation.

Suzanne is absolutely phenomenal and incredibly knowledgeable about parrots, and her passion for them is evident in how she takes care of them. I reached out to inquire about boarding and behavior coaching, and could instantly feel that we were in good hands.
I have a green cheek conure, Pomelo, who loves being at the center of it all and is very sweet. Unfortunately, I noticed that she doesn’t do anything when I leave the house which is why I reached out to Suzanne to inquire about how to introduce a second bird successfully.
