“Joe and team went above and beyond to find a solution for our rotted out Pella Window that was no longer under warranty AND Pella has discontinued our line of windows--so buying a new window from Pella was not an option. Communication was spotty at times and the entire process took 9 months from start to finish, but note that Joe had to locate a woodworker with the skill to rebuild the window frame and they had to order custom cutting knives to match the profile--so it was quite involved. These guys were professional and honest.“
