“OPT Maple Valley made my partial knee replacement recovery so smooth. They truly took the time to listen to my post surgery goals and helped me go above and beyond them. They knew when I needed to slow down and stretch and they knew when they needed to push me. Not only are the therapists (Andrew, Nyrene, Jaron) incredible, but the entire staff was always so encouraging! They will always be my first call for PT.“

“I experienced the best care over the past 15 months at PNW Sports Institute in Covington from Adam, and support from Dani and Marc. They were extremely thorough, kind, and patient with all my questions and two set backs. Adam was in great communication with my surgeon and advocated on my behalf to get a faster surgery date scheduled. Adam is super approachable and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to recovery time, strength exercises and possible risks. While managing to come back to walking and working out, they were advocates in my corner and I owe them a lot of praise for their encouragement and kind candor throughout the process!“

“I have had severe lumbar spine issues for almost 10 years now. I cannot tell you how many physical therapists I have seen over the years and it was always a waste of my time and money. I had surgery on my back last year even and still have issues. Kinetic Sports and Physical Therapy with Dr. Ramos is the most effective treatment over the last 10 years. It’s MIND BLOWING! I highly recommend this place. I’ve also been able to reduce my use of pain killers because of the good outcome from coming here. Don’t go anywhere else… go here!!!!“

“The Renton office is comprised of a wonderful team of professionals who are positive, compassionate and knowledgeable. I suffer from intermittent severe lower back pain due to sciatic nerve pain and arthritis. Working with Dalton and Megan has helped my range of motion, improve posture and decrease pain tremendously. I have also learned exercises to aid me going forward. Thank you all!“

“Going to be a long great rant/review- so buckle up! Cliff notes: The place is amazing- People are amazing! So let's be real. You are going to physical therapy most likely because you are hurt, healing, recovering, etc. If you don't care about listening and doing what they say- why waste your time and theirs? Everyone here is amazing- from the front desk (Michelle and Bridget) to the people who put ice or heat on you (Kylee & Mccaulley) . Chad is great to work with, his energy and personality was great to have starting off with PT. Then there's Kera, not only is she funny, smart, amazing, and just a great person. She holds a certain place in my heart for the sheer amount of care, help, and love. Yes love, the love she has for her work and patients. Also gents & gals, you need to listen carefully to everything she says because you'll be staring into those eyes of hers when she talks-omg! Yes, it made mornings there on many occasions better. Then there's Kayla- this tiny, spunky, lil thing was an absolute treat to work with. She like Kera & Chad has a love for what she does and wants you to succeed. Kayla communicates exactly what she expects from you and wants to push you to get better. She is also so much fun to embarrass or make laugh, she turns so red and has the cutest laugh/smile. Again, things to make PT a better situation. Finally, yes I know this is long... But it was five plus months of my life. Tessa, she is... Well what can I say.... an amazing person, manager, and therapist. The moment for me that made Kera & Tessa feel like they really cared for me or cared about what they do. I was being iced after PT and when I lifted my leg from the foam wedge It went into massive full cramping, spasms, and nerve/muscle firing that I had no control over (I had achilles and calf surgery). This turned into ten plus minutes of pain. From across the room Kera asked if I was "alright" and I couldn't vocally respond and just shook my head. She dropped everything in her arms and came running over trying to assess what's going on. She calmly yells for Tessa "come here now". Without hesitation Kera starts to work on my leg- then Tessa took over and finally gets it to calm down. Tessa looks up to me and says "See even though we all joke around, we all care". Very true statement because they do. I joked around with everyone and made sure to crack jokes or wear funny shirts. Have to make situations fun as much as you can. Any worker there who has made it this far- you know who I am. Love everyone there!.“
