We have had a hard time with this repair, no question. However, with the benefit of hindsight, I feel quite differently abut the role of this company and the people involved. I just finished a good conversation with the man who is probably the owner, and I want to apologize to him for the negative review below. I also apologize to the tech who visited and who apparently did not feel comfortable with our interaction yesterday.

(Mar 26,2025) Bad experience. We ordered a new glass door for our Miele Combi Steam Oven. Even though the part had not arrived yet, they did the right thing and sent out a service tech to confirm that the part on order was correct. It was not. Even though I had sent photos, they ordered the wrong color. We're very unhappy. We will get the door glass replaced by another company.“

“David the tech or repairman was old school incredible. Straight forward with questions, and very knowledgeable, had a tool kit of every type of tool needed. Diagnosed and Fixed the problem with thermostat and fan for freezer quickly and price quoted before work was price paid . I recommend David for any appliance repair but especially older (6+years) Samsung refrigerators and freezers.Thank you again David“

“The best. Our kitchen pipes had a clog. They came out same day - fit us in because it was a Friday and they did not want us to be without our kitchen all weekend. Karl, the plumber on this job, was so professional, conscience and kind.

We have been using Soreano's for over 20 years, when Ron owned it. I am glad the new management is carrying on Ron's attention to customer service. Thank you Karl and team.“

“We are a small local bar and Grill and on a recommendation from a colleague called Le, (pronounced Lay). He showed up promptly, and after our previous Mechanical contractor had told us this particular refrigerator needed to be replaced, Le ran specs on the history of the unit, including the compressor rack, gave me a ton of information about it, and had the unit cold and running within a half an hour!
Every restaurant has their “Guy“, but if you’re not happy with yours, Call Le! He is definitely our guy now.“

When I first walked in many years ago my eyes noticed a large poster of The Three Stooges on the wall. I knew I was in the right place. ? Seriously., Kihm has been an outstanding advocate for customers, including giving little useful tips for us DIYers. He encourages people to fix their old mechanical appliances knowing that they were built like tanks, unlike the junk appliances made today with a half-life shorter than my two marriages.

A couple times I used their at-home repair service for a big job and they were also great.“
