I always take a picture of the appliance tag.Be advised that due to staff shortage they closed from 12 to 1pm for lunch. Of course I arrived at 12:05pm. I don't know if this was just today for a while. I did a quick Safeway trip I needed to do next anyway.“
“Thompson Appliance was great to work with! They installed our new freezer and hauled the old one off. They were very responsive leading up to the appointment. Showed up within the time frame promised. The guys were quick and efficient. The work that was needed for the install was not as much work as we originally thought and without me even asking for a new quote they charged us much less than originally quoted to reflect the actual work done which we greatly appreciated. Once the tech determined the problem, he placed the order for the part and then went and picked it up rather than wait for it to ship and schedule a follow-up.
