We are a small local bar and Grill and on a recommendation from a colleague called Le, (pronounced Lay). He showed up promptly, and after our previous Mechanical contractor had told us this particular refrigerator needed to be replaced, Le ran specs on the history of the unit, including the compressor rack, gave me a ton of information about it, and had the unit cold and running within a half an hour!
Every restaurant has their “Guy“, but if you’re not happy with yours, Call Le! He is definitely our guy now.
