We have a high dollar American range that needed some help. The technician, Don, diagnosed the problem immediately. He had the parts required to fix it with him. The stove is working like new again. We are very satisfied with the service and the can do attitude of Don. Reasonable price and time to repair it. We highly recommend this company.

Appliance Service Station did a great job attempting to resolve the issues with my oven. Each visit was done professionally and they were transparent about what they were doing to work with Miele to resolve the issue. Most of the time spent waiting was due to supply chain issues and waiting on parts from Miele. Dustin was nice and while I was frustrated with the situation (a broken oven for multiple months), it wasn't his fault and he did his best to fix the issue. I also received a couple of calls from the office and again, they were great at keeping me updated with where we stand on the issue.
