“Despite the negative reviews I decided to give him a call. Didn’t answer right away but his wife called back within the hour and I’m so glad she did. Our oven went out - only a few weeks before thanksgiving and hosting our family holiday party.He came very quickly, found the issue with our oven almost immediately, had parts on hand, and charged me less in total what the larger company was charging for diagnostic alone.He is very much an old school small town service style so if you don’t understand what that means or can’t handle, then just go to the large company.So appreciative of his service.
