After diagnosing the problem with my washing machine, I was provided with a quote for several hundred dollars. On the follow up visit to repair my washer, the technician determined it was a less complicated repair than originally thought and I received a reduced bill!

“Great customer service needs to be recognized. I was very impressed with Kim and didn’t expect the service I received. After spending 10 plus hours on research and not finding the problem, I reached out and got connected to Kim. I needed help troubleshooting a temp sensor short on a Kitchen Aid oven and Kim basically walked me through every possible area until we determined we needed a new control board. In fact, the control board was in stock at a nearby warehouse and I was able to pick it up myself. For someone that enjoys working on my own stuff, this was the perfect experience and I will keep coming back and will be recommending Kim to all my friends who work on their own stuff.”
