Great customer service needs to be recognized. I was very impressed with Kim and didn’t expect the service I received. After spending 10 plus hours on research and not finding the problem, I reached out and got connected to Kim. I needed help troubleshooting a temp sensor short on a Kitchen Aid oven and Kim basically walked me through every possible area until we determined we needed a new control board. In fact, the control board was in stock at a nearby warehouse and I was able to pick it up myself. Over the years I have had the pleasure of dealing with this local business that knows its stuff. When I first walked in many years ago my eyes noticed a large poster of The Three Stooges on the wall. I knew I was in the right place. 🤣 Seriously., Kihm has been an outstanding advocate for customers, including giving little useful tips for us DIYers. He encourages people to fix their old mechanical appliances knowing that they were built like tanks, unlike the junk appliances made today with a half-life shorter than my two marriages.
A couple times I used their at-home repair service for a big job and they were also great.
Great company!! Called to ask about our whirlpool refrigerator and Kihm was fantastic. He walked us through the fix and with his instructions we should be able to get our freezer working again. He spent quite a bit of time over the phone. We will definitely use this company for any future issues with our appliances.
