I wish I could add another star!! I called and spoke with a highly knowledgeable person by the name of Kihm. Too my surprise he offered to help me diagnose the problem. I'm quite handy and have all the tools needed. Ended up needing a defrost heater and they had it in stock at a very fair price. Not many businesses around that offer that type of service and I consider myself lucky to find this one.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I had an appliance emergency. I called Appliance Service Plus and spoke to Kihm. Although I did the service myself, because I needed to do it immediately, Kihm took the time to make sure I located the appropriate parts and explained to me some installation details based on his experience that did help. I would definitely recommend them and will keep their number in my contacts list for any future appliance service.

Had a Maytag drier issue that we called these guys about and the person who was helping us on the phone, Kihm, was very helpful. He gave us a very detailed answer as to what our options of repair would be, as well as, set us up for a repair with his own personal referral. Communication was amazing. You can tell he cares about his customers and thinks ahead. I would recommend this place to others!
