I'm woefully late in posting this, but I want to commend Ryan and Trevor for saving us last August on the hottest day of the year. Our a/c went out (of course) when it was in the 90s and was 90 degrees in our house alone. When I called Bob's they came out the very next day and Ryan replaced the capacitor and kick-start in our very old unit. I had another question the next day, and Trevor came out to check a "tar plug" on our heater pipe. All was fine ~ and both Ryan and Trevor were literally a Godsend during the heatwave. Thanks for your stellar service and kind, compassionate techs. We will use you again in the future for sure. :)

On 12/14/2023, technician Wayne B. responded promptly and fixed our furnace which was not heating during a cold spell. He was friendly, explained the problem to us, and repaired it quickly. He also gave me a tip on how to fix another unrelated problem--no charge for that. Roy and Linda M.

Good people. Their filter program is great for the busy home owner in need of automated delivery. The price is competitive, and the quality of filters surpasses most online retailers and hardware stores. The in hone service is always a treat, and plans can be prepaid so you know what you are getting for the money. I only wish they had a similar option for property managers.
