Pedram stands behind his work and honors his warranty. I hired Empire Drain to install an outdoor drain in front of my garage. After the installation, one side of the new drain pipe unexpectedly lowered, and the drain wasn't as efficient. I called Pedram and showed him a photo.He scheduled the repair for 2 days later. They dug up that end of the pipe and added gravel under it to ensure the correct downward slope. I thought I'd need to wait a few weeks - but Pedram really wanted to fix it and acted fast. Exceptional Replumbing and Customer Service! We wanted replace the failing copper pipes with PEX and I am super-glad we hired Empire Drain Co for the full home replumbing. They did directional boring from the water mains in my front yard, which was impressive and tidy. We are so glad that we were refereed to Empire Drain Co by our regular plumber who was unavailable. Our sewer lined was backed up and required equipment and knowledge that Paul and Empire Drain was able to resolve. A new clean-out had to be installed in our line and then cleaned out almost 90 feet away. The camera system helped me see the results of the work they did. I definitely recommend Empire Drain Co.
