We had an old hot water tank in our garage and it would barely be enough for a single shower. We had Alan from SnoFalls Plumbing install an electric tankless hot water two year ago and it has been amazing. We have hot water all the time. We can have two people showering and the dishwasher running and not run out of hot water, ever. It has been an absolute game changer for our family and it has been worth every penny.
Early morning sound from crawl space reviled a water leak under the house. (Very old pipes) Heather was super helpful, responsive and friendly. She had us booked and within a few hours tech Ryan was here and getting us fixed up. They are amazing and would go back to them for sure. Thank you all for saving the day.
Ryan came to my house today and I thought he was just going to take a look and tell me what it would take to replace my damaged water tank, and especially as it needed the temporary removal of a stacked washer dryer. Ryan is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and highly capable plumber, and did a fantastic job indeed. As an aerospace power electronics Chief Engineer myself, and as somebody who has seen a lot of different plumbing challenges, Snofalls Plumbing is a top notch company with superior customer service and technical expertise.
