“Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. I would recommend caution before working with them, the difficulty in actually talking to anyone who works there (I think they have an outsourced call center managing their phone number) seems to be a red flag.

“The crew that installed the nu-ray 1000 roof did a very good job. The problem was with Tom the PM he lost my roof measurements and had to come remeasure this pushed the time frame to November 2025, I didn't want the roof replaced in the winter months and had started working with Trevor in November 2024 the previous year when I first noticed a leak and made a point of trying to schedule the job for September 2025. The wrong roofing was delivered nrm 1000 not nrm 2000 as called out in our contact. Tom did reorder the correct roofing and have it installed. I've used hillside for five different projects and would have them out for a bid again on another job. I want to restate that the installers did a very good job!“

“I had an amazing experience with All Access Roofing & Gutters, and I want to give a special shoutout to Juan and Mario who worked on my house. Also want to mention Yolanda from customer service, she was awesome. Communication was very timely, clear, and super helpful from the first inquiry all the way to the day of the service.

Part of my gutter had fallen off, and both the roof and gutters were in pretty bad shape with a lot of moss. I talked to a few other companies before, and some tried to oversell or make the situation sound worse. This team gave me the most practical suggestions and a very reasonable estimate. No pressure, no upselling, just honest advice.

Juan and Mario showed up on time and worked super efficiently. In about three hours, they got everything done perfectly, roof and gutters cleaned, gutters fixed, everything spotless. I really appreciated their work ethic and the way they went above and beyond without me even asking. They cleaned the small shed roof that isn't connected to the house, adjusted other parts of the gutter that needed attention, and left the whole place so clean. Not just the debris from the roof and gutter, they even blew away the storm branches and leaves around the yard.

Honestly, driving home and seeing how clean and fresh everything looked made me so happy. I highly recommend All Access Roofing & Gutters, and especially Juan, Mario, and Yolanda. If you want honest people who do excellent work, these are your guys.“

“Having a branch puncture our roof and an attempted repair by a gutter cleaning company ended with a persistent leak. We sent out several contacts on Yelp this past weekend to have it repaired formally. Monumental came out, efficiently and cleanly fixed the problem in a matter of minutes at a very reasonable price.

“In 2010 we had Star Roofing replace our roof and they did a great job for a reasonable price. They also replaced our 3 skylights with new opening ones for a great price.14 years later we noticed that the roof was sagging by one of the skylights. Thinking it was a water intrusion I called Star Roofing as they have a great warranty. After some discussion with Chris, he sent Nick out to check on it. Nick sent some pictures back to Chris and he noticed the sagging roof bays were above our brick chimney. He thought it might be caused by no lower roof vents due to the chimney being there. He sent Nick out to remove the roofing on the effected area and sure enough there was no water intrusion and indeed caused by the lack of venting from the homes original construction. There was some damage to the top of 2 roof joists so Nick went and got material to repair them. He had everything repaired and the section re-roofed in one day!! Even with the fact that it was not their fault, they didn't charge me a thing. I don't write many reviews, but when I get such great service I have to let others know. I would definitely recommend Star Roofing not only for a new roof, but for roof repair also. Thanks Star, Chris, and Nick, J.T and Connie Adams.“
